Recently the subject of a feature article in the New York Times, the OneTaste community explores what it means to be an everyday person living an extraordinary life. Found at the intersection between mindfulness and sexuality, community and private experience, practice and play, the 40+ residents extend the philosophy for an intimate life by including you in on the experience.  With candor, humor, vulnerability, feel for yourself how the tapestry of real life is richer than any fiction.  In a community where the basic philosophy is that we all want the same things; to love and be loved, to see and be seen, to know purpose and feel connection, take a peek inside and feel it for yourself.

    Waste of time!
You go out with one person, if you like them, be true to them! Whats this going out with 5 different people at the same time. Do people have no other lives??? Its a boring waste of time where people complain and talk about themselves. I have my own life to live. Give me something I can learn; I don't think I'll find it listening to whiny people dating 5 girlfriends at the same time.

    Good subject, bad podcasters
While the subject matter is fascinating and I want to learn more, the sound levels are all over the place, the musical interludes are repulsive and invasive, and oftentimes an interview simply cuts off in the middle of a sentence and the show is over. Finis. Whoever is editing this is just not listening to it before loading it onto the website, and that's too bad, because this COULD be one of the best podcasts ever.

    Absolutely terrible
#1 rule of podcasting is balance your levels. If you can't hear the podcast, you have nothing. I hate to scream at you without citing anything, so, grab your iPhone, put in your earbuds (important), play episode TSRA 039 from 16:00-18:00. Some crazy chick is raging about her man, then the moderator steps in, total silence. Can't hear him at all, so you crank it all the way up to hear a whisper. The girl comes back on, and it is loud, but ok. Crazy chick's boyfriend responds, giving us an indepth look at his soul (not!), and level is also soft. Moderator trips over self and transitions out of this failed segment with, a commercial! Now, the level hear is so high, that 15 minutes later my ears still hurt. Come on, this is 39 episodes in!!! Ok, enough on level, lets talk about content. This is an Arc format, meaning you have to go back many episodes to understand the relationships, how they got to where they are, etc. So, just jumping in here at episode 39 is bad. Now, 18 minutes into this podcast there has been no discussion of sex or orgasm (both of which are in the title). Just some crazy talking about meditation and a chick raging at her man. Overall, 30 minutes of my life wasted searching for this podcast, listening to poorly moderating out of context content, and my ears still hurt.

    Great stuff
The narrator, Judy Silber, lives in community with around 40 folks, all of them interested in getting a better handle on intimacy, sensuality, and connection. Fortunately for us, many of them consent to share details of their lives and practices. This is a consistently high production podcast, well edited, and lovely in very many ways.

    good content, awful transitions...
while i enjoy the intellectual and thoughtful nature of the conversations, i find the background music (esp. the constant interruption of overlapping it during the conversations) to be extremely distracting and completely unnecessary. i can see it being done during actual changes in topic/speaker, but during the middle of a conversation where someone is still covering a topic the music while suddenly fade in and out...for no reason. it's really strange...i'd love to know the reason behind this. if this practice was ditch, the podcast would be so much more enjoyable. as it is now, it's like heavily condomed sex...

    changed my life
After listening to 20 ToS podcasts I signed up for a course. I've taken a bunch of courses, am an extended resident, and constantly surprised at how amazing my life has become.

    Raw and honest
This show really gets down to the truth without mincing words or glossing over the not so pretty realtities. Inspiring.

    Feeling What's Here...
When I listen to this I feel as though I can hear inside core of the people sharing their story. The words feel like they come from a deep place that I can identify with, and it feels like my experience, my story, and i feel as though they are reaching out to invite me into their world. it is really touching, honest, and present.

    Mind altering reality
Most people have never lived this deeply connected through all the feelings, emotions, reactions, hopes, desires -- all the turn-on -- of relationships. I listen to this show and hear new opportunities for relating to women.

A whole new way of thinking about orgasm and sex. I've never experienced anything like it.

    Staggering and Audacious!!
... here are reports from one of the true last *final frontiers:* human connection and intimacy ... smack dab in the field of sex and sensuality. What is possible in the area of human development and sexuality? What happens when 50 people decide to explore this question as a group and sans fig leafs?

    Ahhhhh
There is nothing like this. It is so good to listen to women talk about their experiences. It feels good to know that I'm not the only one who has felt that way or has gone through this. And it's hot.

    A voyeur's dream...
I love the chance to hear about what it's like to live in an orgasm-based community. All the in's and out's of daily life... and then, the highlights? which are pretty amazing! these people are so real... fascnating, I start to feel like I could be living there too sometimes... this is way more fun than most reality shows, and, it's real!
