Great way to learn about many different disciplines

I thoroughly enjoy TFOE and Prof. Altman’s interviews because they cover a wide range of topics and disciplines, not just Tech. The short format makes it very easy to consume.

Professor Altman does not disappoint

Full disclosure: I was one of the many students who have gone through the Stanford informatics (/data science) training program and thought on multiple occasions that we’d like to be Russ when we grow up. So I guess I am biased in the fact that I know Russ, and I like him, and I admire him. But that just means I listen to this podcast with very high expectations, and he manages to meet or exceed them. Thanks for (still) making me smarter, Russ!

Finally found where I could rate and review this podcast. Never did find it on the Apple App Store

This is an outstanding podcast. I learn something every time I listen. There are various subjects, some of which don’t interest me, but the ones that do, or the ones that sound interesting are GREAT. If it were easier to review this product there’d be lots more reviews.

This used to be an interesting venue to hear about new scientific topics. Has since devolved into little more than left wing propaganda. Do better Stanford.
