First of all, this podcast isn’t even that good, regardless of the content. Like, four episodes of the actual show before another non-episode? Genuinely shows the hosts and crew don’t care about what they’ve created or the listeners. And that brings us to the next point. This podcast is indoctrination. It can hurt children. It hurt me. It taught me beliefs that I just… accepted. We should we teaching kids to think critically, and this is not helping. Race hustling, and adding pronouns and pride where they don’t belong, and then teaching kids that these ideas are correct, is wrong. These topics should be discussed by parents or real people (not that Joy + cohosts aren’t real, just to say they’re people online.) in people’s lives. Parents, I’d say don’t let your kids listen, or listen with them and then actually talk about these things. You can hate me, but I speak from my own experience. - Madam B <3

Love this podcast! You should make an episode about balloons! To the hater: It’s great you want to stand up for what you believe in, but can you take a deep breath? The pride episode was almost two years ago, and they haven’t released another LGBT related episode since. You can easily skip it. Also, if black people being equally represented makes you feel bad about yourself, imagine how it feels for black people only being told about white people? I’m white, and it doesn’t make me feel bad to simply hear about history. Black people have always been a part of history, since the dawn of the human race. And I mean that literally, considering humans originated from Etiopia. Not to say everyone is black, it’s just something to consider. P.S. It’s Homo-Saipan not hetero-Saipan, it’s the Bible not the straightble, it’s transport not cisport! Tee hee jokes :) To the lovers: It’s great that you love history, and want people to be nice to each other. I love history, it makes me happy to learn about it. But, you guys haven’t all been kind either! You’ve been nicer than the haters for the most part, but there still has been some mean people. Being rude or just blatantly disagreeing with someone, won’t change years of told something is bad. The best you can do, as hard as it is, is stop arguing. I’m not saying that you should agree with them, I’m saying you should stop trying to make them agree. It doesn’t change anything, and just makes people want to change your mind. So take a deep breath and chill. If you want to argue, instead of attacking the person, present true facts that disagree with them, instead of falling into a fallacy. To everyone: no one should be forced into believing anything, but I think that if we stop arguing, and just leave behind that mindset, then everyone will be a lot happier. We all need to stop making fun of people, and just accept that people are all different, but no one is forcing you to be that way. Joy, you are a great person and the work you are doing on this podcast is amazing and it will always be a favorite of mine. All I ask is that you please DO NOT read these reviews. (including this one) These children in this review section do not know what they are talking about and should really just leave you to you’re business. I’ve read some of the past reviews and there seems to be some sort of club of haters, which is not needed. People really need to keep in mind one simple rule when writing a review. “If you don’t have anything nice to say, DONT SAY IT” And really political comments are not needed. The LGBTQ+ community is made up of people just like everyone else and the amazing people behind this podcast were simply trying to educate everyone. There are only facts and information on this podcast, no indoctrination whatsoever. Thank you for making an amazing podcast. My day gets better whenever I listen to it.❤️

REVIEW: A Pretty bad podcast. It was a ok podcast but it got worse. Joy (the host) some families (like my family) don’t like pride and stuff like that. If you’d kept it like history of ice cream and soap, l would have loved this podcast! It has topics that should only be discussed by the kids parent(s). If you’re a sensitive kid, this is not a podcast for you. It does have black people topics that could affect you, and if your white, it might make you feel uncomfortable and like a bad person. This podcast has pride stuff in it and pride isn’t right for some families. Plus it has a bunch of smarty pass adds so it’s not that fun. Please read this Joy. Listen to this podcast!!! It’s so good! Warning: if you dislike lgbtq+, people talking about the history of black people, and joy, do not listen! Once, I was chilling in my room, and my dad walked in and I was listening to the lgbtq+ episode, and he looked very uncomfortable, so it might be awkward if your listening to certain episodes when your parents walk in, but amazing podcast and I hate Mayo too joy. I prefer soy sauce and some times put it on my chicken nuggies

Hii! I realized I hadn’t been here in a while so I thought I’d catch up. So… about the age comments… I’m not sure about Kellia but I’m 16. I personally don’t think it’s “creepy” to be writing a review on a kids podcast considering the fact that you know… I’m a child. I started writing these reviews to protect my little sisters innocence. (She was very young when we started listening to this podcast). As she got older I was like ‘wow this could really be influential to her identity and how she feels about certain societal problems’. So I wrote reviews. It’s really not about age. I feel as though now we are just throwing around random insults in this “fight”. Maybe we can try to keep it more peaceable? Also.
