    It’s a feels trip sometimes
I just discovered this after deep diving in the No Sleep podcast (check that one out). Anywho, it’s delightful as you never know where it’s going. Some episodes you are cheering for the punishment of an awful person and then the series goes 180 and you are hoping for a much deserved redemption. I cannot recommend it enough.

    All over the place!
This podcast was pretty abysmal. I listened to all of them through season 3. It was hard to follow. There were some flashes of brilliance throughout, but season 3 sucked. I wonder if it will be back?

    Decent Story But…
I liked the storyline of the whole thing. I listened to all of the episodes and for the most part enjoyed them. I found the story enjoyable, the acting was decent, and I somewhat hope there’s more eventually… but the constant blaming of capitalism on EVERYTHING is exhausting. To the creators: Greed and selfishness are a part of being human and not exclusive to capitalism.

    Fun audio drama
Fun audio drama that is exciting as well as humorous. Plus, at nine episodes, doesn’t overstay its welcome. Great for a binge.

    Potential is there
Interesting story but the dialogue and acting range from not great to annoying, and the characters are predictable.

    Loved it... until...
I really have enjoyed this podcast. I even enjoyed how it ended...(not trying to spoil here) except I would have appreciated a “years later...” detail to wrap up what happened, or maybe an accompanying story about the experiments that happened. Thanks for the story!

    Characters
Kinda sad I didn’t like this. I listened to every episode hoping the archive 81 crew would give me something better than it ended up being. It was hard to enjoy a story in which every character is remarkably annoying. None of them had hardly any redeeming qualities and the constant anti-capitalist preaching from a character inhabiting a post-apocalyptic world made no sense on a dialogue level or a story level. I’m pretty sure she’d have bigger fish to fry than dismantling capitalism at that point. Just overall came off as super preachy and annoying and each character had a similar effect but with their own annoying character deficits. Just wish it was better than it was:(

    Pretty interesting
A part of me admits that I wanted to see if this was part of the fallout universe. It’s not but still give it a try

Enough snarky evil computers and robots to fill an ambiguous apocalypse
While this is not as good as the supreme Archive 81, it is still a pretty amazing short piece. It would be lovely if they extended it sometime, but it does work just as it is.

Dead Signals can do no wrong
I really love this story. What more can I say?

Great Story and Sound, Cheesy Dialogue
The story is so interesting, and I feel like the idea could really go somewhere with some better writing. The dialogue is just so cheesy it takes away from everything. The audio design and quality is top notch, which is why it’s worth a listen, just wish the writing would support the ideas.

Juvenile. Made it through one episode and was embarrassed that I did.

    Just Eh
I think I listened through half of episode four before giving up. It started off pretty interesting, but I just felt annoyed by the characters and the story didn’t hold my attention. Definitely check out Archive 81 though, I instantly loved that one.

Decent but seriously needs a headphone user warning
Random bits of “dramatic sound effects” seriously kill your ears when listening to this podcast

    A Brilliant Sci-Fi Audio Drama
The Deep Vault is another brilliant podcast from Dead Signals, the makers of Archive 81. The voice actors are great; the story is a fascinating and gripping rabbit hole of sci-fi intrigue; and the production quality is top notch. This audio drama is a must-listen for fans of Archive 81 as well as weird fiction & lovers of sci-fi.

    Corny, Overexagerated and Underwhelming.
The preface of this podcast is astounding. I was so excited to listen after reading the baseline for what to expect throughout the series. I couldnt get through episode one without taking two or three breaks to stop and listent to something else. The sound bits are loud and exagerated. The scripts don't make sense and much of what is said by the actors is simply to fill the silence. I made it to episode five before I had to call it quits for real. I couldn't sit and listen to dramatic gun shot noises or the uncomfortably sexual whines of the main character working her way through one of her unexplained "headaches" any more. If you're into incredibly corney sci-fi drama's, maybe this is a podcast you can suffer through, otherwise, don't bother. I'm truly at a loss for how it's been rated 4.5 stars, this podcast is awful.

    It’s ok
Good special effects sounds, too much nonsensical cursing, unnecessary injection of social issues. Ok for a short mini-series. Darkest Night is a lot better.

    Amazing
    Very immersive!

    Dead Signals
Such a talent group of writers, sound designers, and performers. Keep making, please.

    I wanted to like it
It’s pretty awful. Every character is so one dimensional, I almost feel like it’s supposed to be a sci-fi spoof. The writing and lines are bad, and the one dimensional characters are just annoying. And while I know it’s an audio medium...having the characters spend 5 minutes saying “what do we do???” detracts from the failed sense of suspense rather than add to it. I’m 4 episodes in, and I will probably delete it and listen to We’re Alive again.

    Guaranteed headache.
Annoying millennial characters spouting annoying millennial tripe trapped...somewhere. They battle some weird millennial bad guy and monsters and androids and...another weird bad guy. And it all goes off whatever rail it was on with...a weird bad computer. Then they try to set up the sequels. Good sound effects, though.

    Really fun
I wish Sponsorbot did the ads on all my podcasts.

    It was fine
I liked it enough to finish it out, but I don't think I'll tell anyone to go out of their way to listen.

    Great Storytelling!
I liked this story a lot. There were twists and turns and surprises and I really like all the podcasts I've heard from Dead Signals so far so I'm pretty much willing to listen to anything they do!

Laden with beta male feminist apologists. Haha liberal sissyness

    Horrible!
Annoying characters, poor story quality, and political views equivalent to a 6 year old mindless mimicking bits and pieces of over heard conversations.
  • Titus412
    Good storyline.
Annoying and awful voice acting. But the story is strong enough to keep me listening.
  • badfast00
    Nope
The only thing Carson knows how to say is go**amn and he says it sometimes multiple times a sentence. The acting is stiff, script tries too hard with not enough time. Didn’t find any of the characters likable or interesting. Sound quality was good.
  • GumpIsrael
    Okay
Story is so-so with sometimes confusing elements, acting and dialogue could be more compelling and characters seem shallow. Not bad, but I was hoping for better 😒
  • Andzsaid
    For real this is amazing
I hope they get a second season because this is top notch. The audio quality is crystal and the actors and writers are so good!!!! Enjoy this show cuz I did!!!
  • JTR ROUND ROCK
I don’t need the stress and tension!
Why do people come home from a hard day at work and subject themselves to more psychological stress by watching a television program chock full of killing, threats, tension and sadism? Some don’t. They turn on the radio, and somehow instead of a show on Plato they get a whiff of some of this good stuff. Is there a difference? Is there a difference?
  • shifty1592
    Eh
    The acting kind of...blows.

    Keep it going...
I’ve been totally sucked into this podcast. I love the awkwardness of the characters and the crazy situation they’ve found themselves in.
  • ppglovezls
    Nice
A pretty interesting story about the apocalypse and a groups journey uncovering the mystery of a conspiratorial bunker
  • Lonks04
    Acting wasn't bad, but...
OMG this is my version of hell, being stuck in a bunker with a bunch of liberals / communists! My God is it possible for anyone to write a story without interjecting liberal garbage, anti capitalism beliefs into it? Your job is to entertain, maybe you should focus on that. 1 star... go listen to We're Alive if you actually want a good story...
  • Shileaux
    very good all around

    Not great
A good concept that was poorly executed. The voice acting was abrasive at times and the writing was pretty bad.
  • Prushi184
